Booked a visit after a previous excellent experience. However today's tour was disappointing - we were rushed through in only 15 minutes, very minimal information was given, nothing to see on factory floor as machines were all being hosed down. Tour & tasting took less than 30 minutes in total. Acknowledge machines have to be cleaned so maybe a 3.30pm tour is too late in the day. The venue is well designed, products are lovely, & there is a lot for visitors of all ages so it's a pity to let it down with a poor tour.

Great place to take kids. Free to look around. A family pass will get you access to all the rides or just go for lunch at the cafe and grab an ice cream cone to go. There's a lovely forest walk with seats scattered along the way so you can take time to enjoy the moment. After the forest walk you can visit one of the boutique shops for some of the specialty items on offer.

Excellent as usual. Unfortunately no free water anywhere - had to pay $3 for small bottles for the kids ran out of what we had taken with us as it was a hot day.

Nice place to take kids since there's a lot of activities to keep them entertained. I personally enjoy the coffee and scones special. There's some gift shops which are worth a stop if you are looking for something different in terms of gifts. The kiosk in the main entrance have a lot of gifts too and ginger products to try out.

Spent the day there today. Went on the Ginger Tour (very interesting) rode the train and lunched in the cafe. Lovely food. Nice staff and the ginger products are reasonably priced.
